«For their first release on I.O.T Records, TURNSTEAK don’t go in for half measures and deliver with the heavyweight EP «GET U GET».
Using references to specific standards of Juke, Skweee, and Hip Hop, the duo outputs two ultra energetic productions bearing a powerful sound defined by modulated basses,
striking melodies, and stunning beats.
Turnsteak also invites MINDELIXIR and S.P.E.C.T.R.E, two notorious american Bass Music producers.
Whereas the first one remixes the title track «GET U GET», reworking the voices around powerful basses and other TR-808 sounds, the other one proposes a less minimal version, supporting the «SEPAK TAKRAW» theme with force and intensity.
